Is it possible that an item on the practice exams could be wrong?
Yes. Just as the board allows you to be deemed competent, despite errors, so too should you allow us some margin of error. For the record, most Boards allow for between 20 and 40% error rates for "passing grades". We endeavor to make sure that our body of questions meets or exceeds 95% accuracy.

When you are certain that a question is incorrect, write us at question-problem@smbr.net. In the text of your email provide the question and 1-2 very specific references from the most recent Principles and Practice text. Please refer also to the 'Questions and Comments' page. To show you how much we value such constructive feedback, for every revised item that we accept, we'll provide a credit on your credit card for $15 (up to the cost of the service)
